President Joe Biden has not contacted the Gold Star families who lost military servicemembers to a drone attack, according to a new report.

Three U.S. serviceman killed in Jordan on Sunday as the result of a drone attack , reportedly misidentified as an enemy drone, were identified by name on Monday.

Sgt. William Rivers, Spc. Kennedy Sanders, and Spc. Breonna Moffett of the 18th Engineer Company, 926th Engineer Battalion, 926th Engineer Brigade, Fort Moore, Georgia, were killed in a drone assault on Sunday, according to a Pentagon statement released Monday.

The Pentagon said that Rivers, 46, was from Carrollton, Georgia; Sanders, 24, was from Waycross, Georgia; and Moffett, 23, was from Savannah, Georgia. The three soldiers were killed on Sunday when a suicide drone launched by an Iranian-backed terrorist group exploded near the living quarters of the Tower 22 installation near the Syrian border, marking the first deaths in hundreds of assaults on US personnel in recent months.

They “died” on January 28, 2024, in Jordan, when a one-way unmanned aerial system struck their container dwelling units.

Eight personnel were medically evacuated, with three of them set to undergo treatment at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, a US Army facility in Germany, according to Singh. At least 40 of the 350 personnel stationed at the covert Tower 22 outpost in Jordan have reported injuries.

“The incident is being investigated,” the statement stated.

A new report by Fox News strongly suggests that the Gold Star families have not yet been personally contacted by President Joe Biden.

“Also, Harris watching for any news that the president has contacted the families of these fallen soldiers or that he plans to attend their dignified transfer at Dover,” White House correspondent Jacki Heinrich said. “Neither of those questions, the White House had any answers on yesterday, Harris.”

“It’s been three days,” Faulkner said. “That’s a lot. Well, we’ll thank them. We’ll thank those families and those patriots we’ve lost. And all those men and women in harm’s way in the Middle East, we’ll say thank you and tell them that we love them.”

This isn’t the first controversy Joe Biden has found himself in involving Gold Star Families during his administration.

President Biden seemed to check his watch at a ceremony commemorating the 13 American military personnel killed in an ISIS-K suicide bombing near Kabul airport in Afghanistan in August 2021.

Biden spoke with the families of the servicemen killed in the assault and attended the “dignified transfer” of the fallen warriors, a military rite for receiving the remains of those killed in overseas conflict, while visiting Dover Air Force Base.

During the ceremony, Biden looked to be looking down at his watch, which sparked widespread criticism.

“It’s true. Joe Biden checked his watch during the dignified transfer of the servicemembers killing in Afghanistan at the airport. You can see him jerk his left hand to pull the watch out from under his sleeve, then look down at it,” Nicholas Fondacaro, a news analyst for the Media Research Center, said on Twitter, now known as X.

“Looks like he was being inconvenienced by having to show some respect for these American Heros [sic],” Samuel Williams, an Army veteran who fought in Operation Desert Storm, wrote on Twitter.

“There is nothing more important than paying your respects to America’s fallen war heroes, Mr. President,” Nile Gardner, director of The Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, wrote on social media.

“Apparently our Commander-in-Chief has better things to do than honor the 13 service members who died on his watch? I’m DISGUSTED! God bless these heroes and their loved ones. They deserved better,” former White House doctor Ronny Jackson tweeted.

President Joe Biden recently attacked former President Donald Trump over a report that has been decisively discredited.

On Sunday, the president went on the offensive against his election rival.

“Donald Trump, when he was Commander-in-Chief, refused to visit a cemetery, US cemetery, outside of Paris for fallen American soldiers,” Biden claimed. “And he referred to those heroes, and I quote, as ‘suckers and losers.’ He actually said that. He said that. How dare he say that? How dare you talk about my son and all of us just like that.”

In September 2020, former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany shredded the Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg over reporting the “suckers and losers” hoax.

“Ten sources went on the record debunking these lies, eight with first-hand knowledge, stating on the record one common truth: That this story is false. It never happened,” McEnany said at the press briefing.

She then referenced two members of Trump’s staff who refuted the Atlantic’s claims: Derek Lyons, Counselor to the President, and Dan Walsh, former Deputy Chief of Staff and retired military commander.

“I can attest to the fact that there was a bad weather call in France and that the helicopters were unable to safely make the flight,” McEnany said, citing Walsh. “Overall, the president’s support and respect for our American troops past and present is unquestionable.”

That’s in contrast to Joe Biden, who was captured on video telling troops to “clap, you stupid bastards.”

Former President Donald Trump on Sunday strongly condemned sitting President Joe Biden for the deaths of three U.S. troops and dozens of casualties in the drone attack.

“The drone attack on a U.S. Military Installation in Jordan, killing 3 American Servicemembers, and wounding many more, marks a horrible day for America,” he said on Truth Social.

“My most profound sympathies go to the Families of the Brave Servicemembers we have lost,” he continued. “I ask all Americans to join me in praying for those who have been wounded. This brazen attack on the United States is yet another horrific and tragic consequence of Joe Biden’s weakness and surrender….”

“Three years ago, Iran was weak, broke, and totally under control,” he continued. “Thanks to my Maximum Pressure policy, the Iranian Regime could barely scrape two dollars together to fund their terrorist proxies.”

“Then Joe Biden came in and gave Iran billions of dollars, which the Regime has used to spread bloodshed and carnage throughout the Middle East,” he went on. “This attack would NEVER have happened if I was President, not even a chance – Just like the Iranian-backed Hamas attack on Israel would never have happened, the War in Ukraine would never have happened, and we would right now have Peace throughout the World. Instead, we are on the brink of World War 3….”

“This terrible day is yet more proof that we need an immediate return to PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH, so that there will be no more chaos, no more destruction, and no more loss of precious American lives,” he added. “Our Country cannot survive with Joe Biden as Commander in Chief.”

This story will be updated if the White House responds to reports that it has not yet contacted Gold Star Families of those killed in the Jordan drone strike.
