P. ‘Diddy’ Combs recently departed the country on his private jet amid multiple raids on homes connected to the rap star and media mogul.

Combs was facing four lawsuits for alleged sexual assault and fresh investigations into human trafficking.

On Tuesday, the rapper’s attorney addressed the press amid speculation that the billionaire might not return to the United States to stand trial.

“Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated. Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way,” the attorney said.

“This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

The Department of Homeland Security on Monday launched raids on a California home in Holmby Hills as well as a Miami estate, both linked to the rap star.

The federal operation is part of an ongoing investigation into alleged sex trafficking. The house, registered to Bad Boy Films, a branch of Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment, is also linked to one of Combs’ daughters.

Law officers ringed the doorbell at location, with at least 30 vehicles and three armored units present outside. Eyewitnesses saw many people being held outside the residence, but their names and the extent of their participation are unknown.

In footage captured by Fox 11 (KTTV), highly armed officers were seen entering the premises via a side gate and doing a thorough search of the property, including the garage area. At least three persons who were present at the residence during the raid were detained, however it is unclear if they are being arrested or questioned.

“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,” the Department of Homeland Security announced in a press statement.

On Monday, Cassie Ventura’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, issued a statement stating, “We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct.”

According to flight tracking information of Combs’ $30 million Gulfstream G550 business jet, the rapper is on a flight over the Caribbean near the islands Saint James and Little Saint John, coincidentally the former home of infamous sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

Combs’ private jet was last located at an airport at St. John’s, the capital of the Caribbean islands of Barbados and Antigua.

There was speculation that Combs may be on his way to Cabo Verde, where there is no extradition treaty with the United States, although this was not confirmed.

The billionaire rapper is “in a world of hurt right now,” according to US Attorney’s Office prosecutor Neama Rahmani.

“The Southern District of New York is one of the most prestigious in the country. If they’re bringing a case against him, Diddy has a lot to worry about,” Rahmani told Rolling Stone.

Combs is now facing four lawsuits relating to claims of sexual abuse, which he has all protested he is innocent of having committed.

As reported by Page Six in December, the fourth lawsuit against Combs involved a minor.

New York City has begun doling out prepaid debit cards for illegal migrants as part of a program to feed the massive influx of foreigners coming into the Big Apple.

Mayor Eric Adams’ office said that the first batch of debit cards, which are apparently intended to be used by illegal immigrants to buy food and infant necessities, were distributed to a handful of migrant families in the city on Monday.

Despite public uproar, the endeavor is part of a $53 million pilot program to provide prepaid credit cards to migrant families staying in hotels.

The initiative, which the mayor’s office said would pay up to $350 per week to migrant families of four with two children under five until the end of their stay, started on Monday with a small number of families and will grow to around 115 families, or about 460 individuals, over the following week.

Fox News reported that the illegal aliens will now make more in benefits than most poor Americans, including U.S. veterans. The illegals must also promise to only spend the money on food and baby supplies and will receive up to $1,400 per month.

CBS’ “60 Minutes” failed to disclose that a prominent “misinformation” researcher it featured on its Sunday program received funding and collaborated with President Joe Biden’s administration.

University of Washington professor and researcher Kate Starbird was featured on the program about “misinformation” proliferating on social media. Starbird spearheaded a project that Biden’s National Science Foundation (NSF) granted $2.25 million in 2021, and the researcher collaborated with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by serving on an advisory committee under its Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which CBS did not mention.

“It’s interesting that the people that pushed voter fraud lies are some of the same people that are trying to discredit researchers that are trying to understand the problem,” she said, according to CBS.

The research that the NSF funded “will develop and evaluate ‘rapid response’ methods for studying and communicating about disinformation at a sophistication and pace on par with the dynamic and interdisciplinary nature of the challenge,” the professor said in a press release announcing the NSF grant.

That segment never once told viewers that Kate Starbird, the “misinformation researcher,” has taken millions of dollars from federal taxpayers to advance the government’s censorship mission.

Or that she’s been on a DHS advisory panel with the same mission.

CISA’s Protecting Critical Infrastructure from Misinformation and Disinformation subcommittee, which Starbird served on, published recommendations to the cybersecurity agency in June 2022 regarding how to handle information risks to “critical functions” like public health, the financial system, elections. The subcommittee advised CISA to identify “informational threats,” work with “governmental” and “non-governmental” entities to debunk mis- and disinformation and expand related studies.

The subcommittee courted left-wing research groups and pro-censorship organizations in its initiatives to subdue perceived misinformation, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

Starbird contributed $750 to Biden’s 2020 campaign and $250 to the Biden Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee, according to Federal Election Commission data.

Academic researchers and government agencies are reevaluating or ending their Biden administration-funded programs to censor online “misinformation” after a July court ruling to prevent federal agencies from working with social media companies, The Washington Post reported in September. Conservatives have accused federal agencies and social media companies of collaborating to censor right-wing views.

CBS and “60 Minutes” did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

Judge Throws Out Elon Musk’s X’s Lawsuit Against Pro-Censorship Group

A federal judge in California on Monday tossed billionaire Elon Musk’s X’s lawsuit against pro-censorship organization Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH).

CCDH, a British nonprofit, has pushed tech giants to cease advertising on conservative websites and published a June study alleging X has allowed objectionable speech to proliferate on the platform.

The social media company sued the nonprofit in July for allegedly illegally obtaining X’s data for the study as well as suggesting the company is “overwhelmed by harmful content” and demanding companies cease advertising on X; but the judge found the purpose of the suit was to hamper CCDH’s speech.

Today a federal court in San Francisco issued a decision in the case X brought against the Center for Countering Digital Hate for illegally obtaining platform data to create misleading research. X disagrees with the court's decision and plans to appeal.

“Sometimes it is unclear what is driving a litigation, and only by reading between the lines of a complaint can one attempt to surmise a plaintiff’s true purpose,” Judge Charles R. Breyer wrote in the ruling. “Other times, a complaint is so unabashedly and vociferously about one thing that there can be no mistaking that purpose. This case is about punishing the Defendants for their speech.”

CCDH’s June report titled “Twitter Fails To Act On 99% Of Twitter Blue Accounts Tweeting Hate,” consists of the nonprofit reporting 100 posts from Twitter Blue users and checking whether the social media platform took action against them within four days, according to X. CCDH’s assertions are “false and misleading claims” intended to clamp down on public discourse and reduce X’s revenue, the company asserted in a July blog post.

Social analytics platform Brandwatch informed X on July 20 that CCDH allegedly unlawfully accessed its data and misused it, according to the blog post. CCDH allegedly “scraped” the company’s data, which infringes on X’s policies.

“CCDH successfully argued that the lawsuit was a transparent attempt to shut down its free speech,” it stated in response to the judge’s ruling.

Labour Party organizers founded CCDH in 2019 and the nonprofit has urged large tech firms to stop advertising on right-leaning websites like The Federalist and Breitbart News, the Daily Caller News Foundation previously reported.

CCDH’s research “has forced change at once-reluctant social media platforms and led to anti-vaxxers removing their propaganda to avoid being banned,” the nonprofit says on its website.

X intends to appeal the judge’s decision, the company posted on the platform.

X and CCDH did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

The Homeland Security Investigations Human Trafficking Task Force conducted both the California and Florida raids on Combs-linked properties, which were based on a search warrant granted by the Southern District of New York.

According to Rolling Stone, New York prosecutors have examined at least four Jane Does and one John Doe in connection with sex trafficking charges and a RICO prosecution, with more interviews planned.

The New York Post reported that several people appeared to be in handcuffs outside the Los Angeles home:

At least three other people — a woman and two men — appeared to be apprehended by agents, according to TMZ’s footage.

Diddy’s sons, 30-year-old Justin and 25-year-old King, were both seen cuffed by officers.

The home is owned by a division of 54-year-old Diddy’s record company, Bad Boy Entertainment, and one of his daughters, Fox reported.

“Law enforcement sources told The Post the feds moved in because they wanted to seize his phones and computers before a planned trip out of the country,” the report added.

Many of the illegal aliens who were captured on video storming an El Paso border crossing earlier this week and overrunning the Texas National Guard have been subsequently vetted by the Biden administration and released into the United States.

The New York Post reported at the time that a “group of over 100 migrants attempted to enter the US illegally by rushing a border wall Thursday, breaking through razor wire and knocking over guards in the process.”

The video of the harrowing incident subsequently went “viral” and became the subject of intense national debate.

According to the New York Post, several illegal migrants were forced back into Mexican territory. According to one unidentified source, a significant number of the primarily adult male group was processed and released into the the United States.

Border Patrol official Orlando Marrero had confirmed to local outlet KFOX14 that the “migrants that we encountered here today at Gate 36 will be taken to a processing center.”

Despite the dramatic footage, records from the City of El Paso reveal that 743 individuals have been freed from detention and brought into the United States. In line with President Biden’s “catch and release” policy, a large number of illegals were either released on parole or allowed to seek asylum.

Jennie Taer, a New York Post reporter, spoke with Fox News on Friday about the release of Thursday’s attackers.

“Many of these people did get processed by Border Patrol under Title 8, which is what is typically used for what we know as catch and release. These are people that are mainly released into the country,” she said.

“So this sends the message to people around the world that even if you act like this, you can probably get into the country. And I think they continue to push these boundaries and to see what they can get away with,” Taer continued. “And here they got away with some really, really scary stuff and, you know, assaulting, appeared to be assaulting some of the National Guardsmen. It was totally out of control.”

The latest incident comes as border checkpoints continue to establish new records for migrant interactions under President Biden. The border is presently undergoing a “spring surge,” which occurs when favorable weather conditions entice illegal immigrants from South and Central America to travel to the United States.

According to El Paso’s online migrant dashboard, between 2,000 to 2,500 migrants are now being detained in Border Patrol custody on a nightly basis.

Just days after jumping the sinking ship at the Republican National Committee, who as captain rammed it into three straight icebergs during the federal elections, she seemed to have found her life raft on the far-left network MSNBC.

Last week, Ronna McDaniel was hired as an MSNBC Contributor. The Wall Street Journal, however, is reporting there is already a mutiny on board her new network:

NBC News’s Chuck Todd sharply criticized the news organization over its hiring of former Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, the latest sign of the backlash within the company over the high-profile hire.

His remarks came after MSNBC’s president, amid internal unrest, signaled to staffers that McDaniel wouldn’t appear on any of the cable channel’s original programming, The Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday.

“I think our bosses owe you an apology for putting you in this situation,” Todd told Kristen Welker on Sunday following her interview of McDaniel on Meet the Press.

“There’s a reason why there’s a lot of journalists at NBC News uncomfortable with this, because many of our professional dealings with the RNC over the last six years have been met with gaslighting.”

During her appearance on Meet the Press, McDaniel diverted from the mainstream media narrative on Donald Trump’s campaign promise to pardon non-violent J6 defendants.

“Well, let’s talk about the election. Now. Donald Trump says one of his first acts, if he is reelected to a second term, would be to free those charged and convicted of crimes related to January 6th,” MSNBC’s Kristin Welker asked. “Do you support that?”

“I want to be very clear,” McDaniel responded. “The violence that happened on January 6th is unacceptable. It doesn’t represent our country. It certainly does not represent my party. We should not be attacking the capitol. We should not be having violence. I said it that day. I put a statement out that day that this is not acceptable. If you attacked our capitol and you have been and you’ve been convicted, then that should stay.”

“So then, but to the question though, do you disagree with Trump saying he’s going to free those who’ve been charged to be convicted?” Welker went on.

“I do not think people who committed violent acts on January 6th should be freed,” Ronna McDaniel responded.

“So you disagree with that? He’s been saying that for months. Ronna, why not speak out earlier? Why just speak out about that now?” Welker asked.

“When you’re the RNC chair, you kind of take one for the whole team. Right?” McDaniel said. Now I get to be a little bit more myself, right? This is what I believe.”

Thus, McDaniel implies that she wasn’t being herself as RNC Chair (or as one commentator put it, she was being “fake“). Furthermore, she proves once again why she was such a poor communicator in that position. She makes a false distinction between herself and Donald Trump, who never said he would free violent January 6 defendants, as Welker misleadingly implies.

This is what Donald Trump actually said about pardoning January 6 defendants if he should become elected president, as reported by NBC News:

“I am inclined to pardon many of them,” Trump said at a town hall hosted by CNN at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire. “I can’t say for every single one, because a couple of them, probably they got out of control.”

He added that “most likely” he would pardon “a large portion of them.”

“And it’ll be very early on,” Trump said.

Ronna McDaniel thus goes on to participate in Welker’s fraudulent argument.

“I don’t think violence should be in our political discourse, Republican or Democrat, and I disagree with that,” McDaniel said. “I agree with him on a whole host of other things. Let’s close the border. Let’s make sure we have good incomes for people. Let’s make sure we do a lot of great things. But on that point, I don’t think we should be freeing people who violently attacked Capitol Hill police officers and attack the capitol.”

Donald Trump never said he would free those who attacked police officers on January 6. No January 6 defendants have been charged with homicide or with “insurrection,” despite the media’s deceptive insinuations to the contrary.

RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel has presided over three disastrous Republican showings in national elections, including: The loss of the Republican-controlled House of Representatives in the 2018 midterm elections, the failure to successfully challenge the 2020 presidential election defeat, and the non-materialization of a projected “red wave” election in 2022.

She is right to home at MSNBC with her fellow contributors, who are determined to undermine the success of any political opposition to the radical Democratic Party.
